Ancient fig tree with wide branches and deep roots

OUR STORY

Built by People Who Put People First

HomeBase is a free educational platform created by the Thrive.RealEstate team — because everyone deserves clear, honest guidance through a move.

THE MISSION

Why HomeBase Exists

Real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions most people ever make — and too often, people go into it without the knowledge they need. Not because they're not smart enough, but because no one took the time to explain it in plain English.

That's why we built HomeBase. It's a free resource — no strings, no sales pitch, no account required to learn. Just clear, honest education from people who've spent their careers helping families, investors, and first-time buyers navigate real estate with confidence.

Whether you're buying your first home, selling a place full of memories, or just trying to understand how it all works — we're here to walk through it with you. No pressure. No jargon. Just guidance from people who genuinely care.

"Clear answers. Real people."

WHAT DRIVES US

People. Purpose. Prosperity.

In Tanzania's Nguru Mountains stands a lone wild fig tree — thriving in impossible conditions because its roots run thirty stories deep to hidden water, and its branches spread wide to shelter all who seek refuge. That tree is our metaphor. That tree is our mission.

Everything we do at Thrive starts with integrity that runs deeper than market cycles — faith, community investment, and a commitment to doing the right thing even when no one's watching. We believe the strongest foundation for any real estate decision is knowledge — honest, accessible, and given freely.

But knowledge kept to yourself doesn't change anything. So we share it — with clients, with other agents, with communities, with anyone willing to learn. The Thrive Real Estate Collective is a growing ecosystem of Realtors, lenders, attorneys, appraisers, home inspectors, contractors, and community leaders — all united by the conviction that the real estate experience should be better for everyone. HomeBase extends that reach even wider, putting education in the hands of anyone who wants it.

The result? Families thriving in homes that serve their dreams. First-time buyers walking into closings with confidence instead of confusion. Investors making informed decisions. Communities strengthened by people who understand and care about where they live. That's what we're building — and HomeBase is one of the ways we do it.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND HOMEBASE

Meet the Team

Daniel Bennett

Principal Broker & Vision Lead

HomeBase Role: Creator & Content Architect

Daniel Bennett leads Thrive.RealEstate as Managing Broker, bringing nearly 15 years of experience and a people-first approach to every client relationship. A graduate of the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business with a degree in Real Estate and a CCIM designee, Daniel combines strong academic training with real-world insight. He created HomeBase because he believes everyone deserves access to the kind of clear, practical real estate education that used to only come from knowing the right people.

As Vision & Build Lead for Thrive, Daniel architects the systems, brand, and content strategy behind HomeBase — translating complex real estate concepts into the plain-English articles, glossary terms and step-by-step paths you'll find throughout the platform.

Daniel and his wife, Ashley, are raising their son, Levi, in Oconee County, Georgia. Their family serves at Grace Fellowship Church, where Daniel plays guitar and keys on the worship team and mentors students in the Student Arts program. Faith and community shape everything he builds — including this platform.

Ashley Bennett

Principal Agent & Director of Operations

HomeBase Role: Operations & Quality Lead

Ashley Bennett's influence is often felt before it's seen — in the seamless experience of navigating HomeBase, the quality of every article, and the care built into every interaction. As Operations & Care Lead for Thrive.RealEstate, Ashley safeguards both the details and the culture that make HomeBase possible. She also serves buyers and sellers directly as a licensed Realtor, which means the guidance on this platform comes from someone actively doing the work.

A former president of Classic MLS and holder of the CRS, GRI, and ABR designations, Ashley brings operational excellence and deep industry knowledge. Clients and colleagues know her as someone who can orchestrate complex systems while making everyone feel genuinely cared for.

At home in Oconee County, Ashley finds joy in family adventures, fresh sourdough mornings, and leading music at Grace Fellowship Church — mentoring the youth worship team and directing vocal ensembles. Her principle guides everything she touches: "Grace under pressure creates space for others to flourish."

Elliott Rogers

Principal Agent & Director of Education

HomeBase Role: Education & Growth Lead

Elliott Rogers leads with the kind of integrity you feel in a handshake. For more than a decade, he taught and advocated for students with special needs, learning that people flourish when someone believes in their potential and equips them with knowledge. That conviction now shapes both his real estate practice and his role at HomeBase, where he channels his teacher's heart into building educational content that actually helps people grow.

As Director of Education and Growth for Thrive.RealEstate, Elliott coaches agents, runs masterminds, and designs learning frameworks — while continuing to serve clients as a full-time Realtor. He also serves as Chair of the Board of Managers for the Georgia Charter of Hive MLS, connecting thousands of agents across the Southeast.

Elliott and his wife, Julie, are raising their four children in Oconee County. Guided by his principle "Grow, then help someone else grow," Elliott ensures every piece of HomeBase content is built on trust, education, and the kind of confidence that lasts long after you close on your home.

THE COLLECTIVE

More Than a Brokerage — An Ecosystem

The Thrive Real Estate Collective is a growing community of like-minded professionals — Realtors, lenders, attorneys, appraisers, home inspectors, contractors, financial advisors, and community leaders — all united by a shared conviction: the real estate experience should be better for everyone.

While traditional brokerages compete for market share, we're building something different. We share our systems, knowledge, and best practices openly because we believe success multiplied is success magnified.

HomeBase is one expression of that philosophy. We built it because we believe real estate education shouldn't be locked behind a consultation or a sales pitch. Knowledge shared is value multiplied. That's the Thrive way.
